Banquet Information
Green Room
Our green room is a totally private room on the lower level of the
restaurant with a full service bar. This room accommodates up to 40
guests.
Green Room Rental Requirements
There is a minimum of 25 guests ordering off our sit down dinner menu
selections required to reserve this room. There is a $50.00 room setup
fee charged. We require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit at the time
you reserve the room.
Enclosed Deck Area
This room features glass French doors and a vaulted ceiling with fans.
During the winter months, the room is heated by two fireplaces. During
the summer season, the cabana bar is opened with a full service bar and
there is a small band shell and dance area outside. This room
accommodates up to 100 guests.
Full Room Enclosed Deck Area Rental Requirements
In order to rent the entire room you must have a minimum of 75 guests
ordering off our sit down dinner menu selections. There is a room setup
fee of $150.00 on Friday and Saturday evenings or $75.00 on Sunday
through Thursday evenings. A non-refundable deposit of $350.00 is
required at the time of reservation.
Partial Room enclosed Deck Area Rental Requirements
This room can be partitioned off for a partial room rental. There is a $40
room setup fee for a partial room rental and a $100 non-refundable
deposit required at the time of reservation.
Credit Information
A non-refundable deposit of the approximate 25% of your estimated bill (minimum deposit of $100.00) is required to confirm and hold
your reservation on the selected date. The exception is for full rental of the deck area which requires a minimum $350.00 deposit. The balance is due the day of the function. Final payment must be paid in cash, credit card or company check. Personal checks are not accepted for final payment.
Menu Selection To assure your menu is properly prepared, we ask that you submit your food selections 10 days in advance. It is our policy that all food and beverage be provided by The Crab Barn and not brought from outside sources. We ask that you limit your selections to two or three entrée selections and that you choose the same two sides for
each guest. You may offer full menu selection only if you have less than 25 guests in attendance.
Guaranteed Attendance
A guaranteed number of guests is to be committed to at least 3 days prior to your function. You will be responsible for payment for this count. You will be allowed to take home any extra meals paid for if the situation arises.
Gratuity
A gratuity charge equal to 18% of the food and beverage will be added by the Crab Barn. Prices are subject to 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax.
Decorating
All banquets include white tablecloth linen and white napkins. The room will be available only one hour prior to your function in order to decorate. Centerpieces, balloons, etc. are fine to bring. Tape or tacks on walls are not permitted. There will be an extra clean-up fee of $25.00 for excessive paper or confetti or any other clean-up above and beyond the norm for a typical event at the Crab Barn
